The PR & Guest Relations role serves as the face of our restaurants on the floor. Unlike traditional PR roles, this position focuses on being highly present in the venues, meeting people, and building genuine relationships to turn guests into regulars and ambassadors. The ultimate goal is to increase traffic, repeat visits, and sales by cultivating a strong customer community around our restaurants. This role involves welcoming and engaging with guests, remembering names and preferences, and creating a naturally social atmosphere. The incumbent will build and maintain a customer database, follow up with guests to encourage return visits, and identify high-value customers to invite to special events and launches.
