Fosun Health Indonesia is recruiting a PR & Brand Manager to take charge of brand building, public relations, media operation and full-spectrum healthcare communication across Indonesia. Candidates with over 5 years of full-time PR & branding working experience, background in hospital, wellness, insurance, pharmaceutical, cross-border medical and other healthcare industries are highly preferred. You shall master healthcare communication logic and be capable of building market credibility via media operation, HCP communication, patient education events and professional academic exchanges.

• Develop, plan and execute annual local PR strategies and integrated brand communication plans for Fosun Health Indonesia; • Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with all tiers of Indonesian media. Possess mature local media database and solid connections with top authoritative media; proven experience in planning and hosting media salons independently; • Draft and coordinate press releases, feature stories, expert interviews, popular science articles and all other PR materials end-to-end;

• Independently operate Indonesian social media accounts, including content planning, daily posting, community interaction and online campaign execution; • Oversee full-cycle execution of branding campaigns, public health education programs, offline health talks, medical seminars and partner summits; • Create standardized, professional communication materials for patients, healthcare professionals, agents, insurers and business partners;

• Promote Fosun’s hospitals, specialized medical departments, precision oncology treatment and cross-border medical referral services between Indonesia and China; • Collaborate with internal teams, third-party PR agencies, designers, media and event vendors to obtain smooth delivery of all communication projects; • Continuously monitor healthcare industry trends, competitor moves, industry hot topics and public online sentiment; capable of independent public opinion analysis, risk judgment and crisis handling;

• Ensure all external communication materials are accurate, professional and fully compliant with local Indonesian healthcare regulatory requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines; • Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in corporate branding, PR, media relations or corporate communications;
