PPIC Manager

Job Responsibilities : Develop inventory planning and control systems according to the company's needs to ensure aligned with actual stock in the field Prepare SOP for production planning activities, inventory control, and appropriate warehouse layout

Perform data analysis, forecasting, and optimizing production schedules Coordinate with other departments and follow up on material requirements for projects and production processes. Train and develop the PPIC team and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the quality of each team member

Lead and manage the operational team to meet company objectives and KPIs Analyze operational data and prepare reports to present insights and recommendations Handle and manage company projects

Implementing 5R and occupational safety, health and quality policy Requirements : Strong knowledge of operational processes, production planning and inventory control, cost management, warehouse management, Quality management, and continuous improvement methodologies

Familiar with automotive manufacturing production. Strong analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and production reporting systems.
