The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and strategic direction of the business. This role ensures operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with local regulations, while leading and developing a high-performing team. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery Implement and maintain operational standards, SOPs, and company policies

Monitor service quality and continuously improve customer experience Lead, manage, and motivate department heads and staff Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions when required

Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures

Ensure financial targets and KPIs are met Support sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy Build strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and local stakeholders
