Poultry Slaughterhouse RPA Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the RPA operation. Own and deliver the annual budget, business plan, and profitability targets of the RPA business.

Monitor and improve margins through optimization of procurement, production yield, product mix, pricing, and operational efficiency. Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions to achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets. Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share across key sales channels.

Establish KPIs and performance management systems across all functions. Define commercial strategy across: Modern Trade, General Trade, Horeca, Food Processors, Distributors and wholesale Review sales performance, customer profitability, and market trends.

Support key account development and strategic customer relationships. Ensure alignment between market demand and production capabilities. Drive profitable revenue growth and market share expansion.

Ensure efficient and cost-effective slaughterhouse operations. Drive continuous improvement in productivity, yield, labor efficiency, and cost management. Optimize plant capacity utilization, production scheduling, and asset performance.
