Posisi Plastic Sales Staff Mandarin Speaker tersedia di perusahaan Kimia (Silika) yang berlokasi di Batam dengan sistem kerja WFH. Peran ini menuntut profesional yang handal dalam mendekati calon pelanggan baru, menjaga hubungan baik, serta melakukan riset pasar dan aktivitas pemasaran guna meningkatkan penjualan. Pemegang peran juga bertanggung jawab membuat laporan kemajuan bagi manajemen, berkontribusi dalam peningkatan strategi penjualan, serta aktif melakukan kunjungan klien rutin dan kegiatan pengembangan bisnis. Selain itu, Anda akan menganalisis tren pasar serta kebutuhan pelanggan khusus produk plastik, polimer, dan resin, menyiapkan proposal serta kuotasi penjualan, berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk pemenuhan pesanan, serta menangani pertanyaan pelanggan dengan menyediakan informasi teknis produk.
Tanggung jawab: Approach new potential customers; Maintain relationships with potential customers; Do market research and marketing activities to improve sales; Make progress report to management; Contribute to improve sales strategy; Conduct regular client visits and business development activities; Analyze market trends and customer needs for plastic, polymer, and resin products; Prepare sales proposals and quotations; Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment; Handle customer inquiries and provide technical product information; Job Requirements:.
