PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA GROUP) adalah perusahaan terkemuka di industri akuakultur. Sebagai Plant Manager, Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengawasi operasional fasilitas produksi pakan (Aquafeed) secara efisien dan efektif di Medan, Sumatera Utara. Peran ini menuntut kepemimpinan strategis dalam merencanakan, mengelola, menganalisis masalah, dan mengembangkan strategi efektif untuk mencapai target produksi. Anda akan memimpin tim pabrik, mengelola anggaran, serta memastikan standar keselamatan dan kualitas tertinggi (K3 dan 5S) diterapkan dengan perbaikan berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, manage, and ensure achievement of production targets in terms of quality and quantity; Lead, direct, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the Plant team to ensure operational effectiveness; Analyze Production Plant operational costs, identify problems, and develop effective strategies and solutions; Prepare investment plans, manage budgets, and support operational and business development; Develop employees, ensure a safe and healthy work environment, and make sure K3 and 5S standards are implemented with continuous improvement.
