The Pharmacist supports pharmaceutical services by receiving prescriptions, compounding, preparing, and distributing medications for both outpatient and inpatient units. The role involves monitoring the performance of Pharmacist Assistants and Runners to ensure adherence to hospital standards. Additionally, the pharmacist handles complaints, manages operational obstacles, ensures the completeness of monthly pharmaceutical reports (including stock and expiry date monitoring), and provides drug information services to patients and medical staff. The pharmacist also oversees the maintenance of storage conditions, such as refrigerator and room temperatures, to ensure drug quality and safety.
Tanggung jawab: Support pharmaceutical services including receiving prescriptions, compounding, preparing, and distributing medicines; Monitor and check the service management of Pharmacist Assistants and Runners; Receive and handle complaints from patients, doctors, and nurses; Manage operational obstacles in outpatient services and escalate issues as needed; Ensure completeness of data and monthly reports (static drug reports, expiry dates, stock, price, and narcotic/psychotropic reports); Monitor procurement and use of medicines and general equipment; Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of equipment in the pharmacy unit; Conduct socialization and education to pharmacy workers regarding new drugs; Provide drug information services to relevant parties; Monitor refrigerator and room temperatures and humidity for drug storage; Implement and supervise quality and safety procedures; Provide operational support to Assistant Pharmacists.
