About the Role Batu Karang Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to support senior leadership in our South Jakarta office . This full-time role is responsible for ensuring smooth executive operations through effective coordination, communication, and administrative support. Your Mandarin proficiency will play a key role in supporting communication and collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners.
Key Responsibilities Manage executives’ calendars, schedules, meetings, and business travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other business documentation
Handle correspondence, communications, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders Provide administrative support including document management, filing, and expense administration Coordinate meetings and ensure seamless execution of both onsite and virtual engagements
Translate and interpret business communications and documents in Mandarin as required Conduct research and support strategic and business-related initiatives What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) with minimum HSK Level 4 certification Good command of English communication skills Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant , or similar support role
