This role is focused on the supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within high-end residential projects, including luxury villas and exclusive homes. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all MEP installations meet strict quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines, while maintaining high customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail.
Tanggung jawab: Supervising MEP work in the field according to work drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules; Ensuring MEP installations are coordinated with structural, architectural, interior, and landscape works; Overseeing material quality, installation methods, testing, commissioning, and completion of work; Conducting field inspections, preparing progress reports, and coordinating work improvements; Ensuring MEP systems function properly and all technical documents are complete before unit handover.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision for construction projects; Experience in luxury residential, premium villa, or exclusive home projects is preferred; Proficient in MEP drawings, shop drawings, installation methods, inspection, testing, and commissioning; Capable of reading AutoCAD drawings and using Microsoft Office; Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, smart home systems, and premium residential support systems; Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and quality control skills; Disciplined, meticulous, firm, high integrity, and willing to work on-site; Added value: Experience with premium villas, smart home systems, swimming pools, hot water systems, and relevant competency certificates.
