The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction activities to ensure they align with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. This role involves coordinating various construction trades, including structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP works, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment on-site.
Tanggung jawab: Supervising construction work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and project schedules; Coordinating structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP works; Monitoring work progress, materials, and labor; Ensuring quality standards, neatness, and workplace safety.
Kualifikasi: Minimum SMK/D3/S1 degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Supervisor; Experience in luxury home or premium villa construction is preferred; Capable of reading work drawings and understanding construction and finishing processes; Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an added value; Firm, meticulous, communicative, responsible, and target-oriented.
