Outlet Manager - Restoran Payakumbuah Samarinda

About the role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead and oversee the operations of Restoran Payakumbuah in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the restaurant delivers exceptional service, maintains operational excellence, and achieves business targets. As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, from staff management and customer service to financial performance and quality control. This position is based on-site in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, and requires your physical presence to effectively lead the team and maintain high standards.

What you'll be doing Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient service Managing and supervising restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage services that align with brand standards and customer expectations Monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximising profitability Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to prevent shortages or wastage Resolving customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally

Implementing marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement Reporting on outlet performance, sales metrics, and operational challenges to senior management Ensuring the restaurant maintains a welcoming and well-maintained environment for guests
