Operations Support Officer - Fulfilment Specialist

Inspect products from factories to ensure they meet company standards and quality control checks Product labeling, packaging, and shipment label based on customer order lists Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing stock

Data Entry & Analysis: Manage product and order data using spreadsheets Track and update fulfillment progress

Analyze fulfillment data, avoid bottlenecks or recurring issues in the supply chain, report discrepancies to supervisors Generate daily reports for management on stock movement, order completion rate, and quality issues Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with production team, warehouse, shipping team Administrative & Process Support: Document procedures and daily reports
