Operations Support

Job Description Support daily administrative and operational activities to ensure operations. Coordinate with branches regarding operational schedules, task progress, and administrative requirements.

Monitor and ensure that daily operational activities are carried out in accordance with established SOPs, guidelines, and company policies. Support Team Leader in evaluating order task, order allocation and task distribution. Prepare operational and administrative reports based on the Team Leader's requirements.

Compile, and validate operational and administrative data to ensure reporting accuracy. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the home appliance industry is preferred.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of customer service, end-to-end operational processes, and data analysis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude.

Proficiency in English is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
