Tanggung jawab: Act as the key point of contact for internal and external customer service teams; Receive, manage, and monitor shipment bookings, registrations, and process customer orders; Create and verify transport with intermodals teams to ensure pickup and delivery of customer orders; Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and to a high standard; Utilize management systems to check shipment statuses; Identifying and resolving incidents immediately to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience; In addition to day-to-day activities, you may be required to actively participate in projects to meet operational and customer service excellence; Location: AXA TOWER, KUNINGAN CITY.
Kualifikasi: America routing operator experienced and cargo wise system advance to recruitment; Proven experience with AMS (Automated Manifest System) and IFS (Importer Security Filing); Able to handle bookings and manage documentation for various sea liner companies, including EMC, COSCO, CMA, OOCL, MSK, MSC, WHL, ONE, YML, HPL, ZIM, SITC, KMTC, INTERASIA and HMM; Possesses a strong understanding of booking procedures, charges, and regulations; Fluent in English; Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience.
