KMTR is a strategic cross-border transport greenfield corridor connecting the DRC Copperbelt with Zambia and regional trade routes to Southern and Eastern Africa, encompassing toll road operations, weighbridge facilities, and One-Stop Border Posts. The Operations & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of KMTR concession assets. The role ensures optimal asset performance while maintaining high standards of safety, service quality, and operational excellence. The manager oversees all operational and maintenance activities and staff across the concession, including toll roads, border posts, and associated infrastructure, while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous operational improvement.
