Hospital Catering Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Catering Unit Manager to join PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia and oversee our catering operation in South Jakarta. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end catering operations, ensuring service excellence, financial control, HSE compliance, and strong client relationships. Supervise and manage food service operations Improve daily operations by developing effective solutions to enhance efficiency, processes, and teamwork

Ensure all activities comply with Sodexo standards, HSE policies, and operational frameworks Manage budgets by monitoring financial and operational reports, controlling overspend, and driving cost efficiencies Ensure service quality and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) through daily supervision and performance monitoring

Manage client relationships, maintain engagement, and ensure strong KPI achievement Consolidate and submit monthly site reports, including work order tracking, invoicing, HSE, finance, and minor purchasing Lead, coach, and develop site teams to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Food Production, Nutrition/ Dietetics or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel, hospital catering, or food industry in a similar managerial
