Control and coordinate Waste Water Treatment Plant production activities to ensure compliance with production standards and collaborate with stakeholders to support the company's operational activities. Ensure jar test results are used as a reference for production to monitor the effectiveness of the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) in accordance with production standards. Prepare production and equipment/asset maintenance budgets to ensure proper planning and efficiency. Ensure product wastewater quality meets quality standards and production capacity is achieved according to established targets. Prepare efficient production and equipment maintenance budgets to support the company's operational activities. Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Certified as a "POP/Pengawas Operasional Pertama. Strong Leadership capabilities. Able to work in or around water. Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan.
