Operation Manager

Ensure the gym opens on time, runs smoothly, and adheres to the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage Front Desk personnel, Customer Service (CS), Housekeeping (HK), and fitness trainers. Regularly inspect the gym to ensure all workout machines are functional and coordinate timely repairs or preventative maintenance.

Oversee the onboarding process, address member feedback, resolve complaints, and implement strategies to boost member retention and satisfaction. Set or assist in establishing membership sales targets and drive revenue through renewals, personal training packages, or retail sales. Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and optimize day-to-day costs without sacrificing service quality.
