We power online and offline payments for businesses across Indonesia, and we are expanding fast in the e-commerce and marketplace space. About the Role

We are looking for a hunter, not an administrator — someone who gets the ball rolling, builds genuine relationships, and turns a first meeting into a long-term account. This role combines winning new merchants with protecting and growing the transactions of our existing ones, with a strong focus on e-commerce, marketplace, startup communities, and Jakarta’s fast-growing Chinese business community. Key Responsibilities Acquire new merchants — e-commerce, marketplace, and startup business owners — through active networking, lobbying, and consistent in-person presence.

Understand each prospect’s real needs and follow up persistently through to closing. Defend and grow transaction volume across existing merchant accounts; identify early signs of churn and act quickly to retain them. Serve as the primary relationship contact and build lasting partnerships with merchants.

Manage your own pipeline independently and proactively update the Commercial Director on progress. Requirements Active spoken Mandarin — essential for engaging Jakarta’s Chinese business community.

A hunter mindset — strong networking, lobbying, and relationship-building skills; well-presented and engaging. High mobility — comfortable working in the field rather than behind a desk. Independent and self-driven — able to perform with minimal supervision.
