Responsible for managing and overseeing Operation team to ensure efficient operations and alignment
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate order processing, timely scheduling, and efficient delivery execution; Review and monitor customer order fulfillment, resolve operational issues and escalations, and ensure service levels and customer commitments are achieved; Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of daily business operations; Serve as the primary liaison between the Indonesia office and HQ, facilitating communication, coordinating operational requirements, and ensuring timely implementation of HQ and local policies, procedures, and business initiatives; Oversee shipping documentation, delivery instructions, and export/import coordination to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements; Lead, coach, and develop the Operations team, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives; Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Mandarin skills is a plus; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager in operations, supply chain, or logistics (experience in tire/automotive/manufacturing is a plus); Strong understanding of order processing, forecasting, and inventory control; Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, suppliers, and headquarters; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data; Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities; Willing to WFO at PIK - North Jakarta.
