Qualifications: Min. Diploma (D3) degree. Have 1-year experience in Marketing, Event Marketing, Brand Activation, or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with event execution, sponsorship, partnership, and promotional activities Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Able to drive a car for business trips at intercity travel, with a valid driver's license (SIM A) Responsibilities: Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including events, exhibitions, roadshows, sponsorships, and brand activations
Coordinate with vendors, partners, communities, and event organizers to ensure successful campaign execution Support lead generation efforts through offline marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities Build and maintain relationships with communities, organizations, and business partners
Monitor competitor activities and identify new marketing opportunities Prepare regular activity reports and evaluate campaign performance Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams to support integrated marketing campaigns
