Oriental Yuhong Indonesia)诚聘 Key Account Specifier(重点客户设计顾问), 以加强与建筑设计相关利益方的合作,并确保东方雨虹系统解决方案能够成功纳入各类建筑项目的设计规范中. 理想候选人将在推动产品选型和技术规范制定方面发挥关键作用,从项目设计初期开始,直至招标及施工文件编制阶段,全程推动东方雨虹产品和系统被指定采用. PT. Oriental Yuhong Indonesia is seeking a Key Account Specifier to strengthen our engagement with architectural stakeholders and ensure the successful specification of Oriental Yuhong systems in construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving product specification from the early design stage through tender and documentation. 主要职责 Key Responsibilities : • 管理并发展与重点建筑设计客户的战略合作关系，确保长期稳定的合作，并提升客户对东方雨虹品牌的优先选择和认可度. Manage and develop strategic relationships with key architectural accounts, ensuring long-term collaboration and brand preference. • 全面负责达成产品上图（Specification）目标，覆盖项目全生命周期，包括方案设计阶段、招标阶段以及最终施工文件编制阶段，确保东方雨虹产品和系统被成功指定采用. Be fully responsible for achieving specification targets, covering the entire project cycle from design development, tender stage, until final documentation. • 积极向建筑师和设计顾问推广东方雨虹防水及建筑建材系统解决方案. Actively promote Oriental Yuhong waterproofing and construction solutions to architects and design consultants. • 与公司内部销售、技术及市场团队紧密协作，确保项目目标一致并高效执行. Coordinate closely with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and execution. • 向建筑师、设计事务所及相关专业机构提供技术讲解、产品推介和规范选型支持，协助项目设计与产品应用. Provide technical presentations, product briefings, and specification support to architects and design firms. • 负责跟踪和管理指定项目的发展进程，推动项目从设计选型阶段成功转化为招标中标及实际应用. Monitor and track specified projects to ensure conversion from design to awarded tenders. • 负责维护重点客户资料及规范选型进展的完整、准确记录，并确保信息及时更新 Maintain accurate records of key accounts and specification progress. 职位要求 Job Requirements : • 本科（S1）学历，建筑学专业. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture. • 性别不限，形象专业得体，具备优秀的人际交往与沟通协调能力. Male/Female, with a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. • 要求熟练掌握印尼语、英语及中文，具备良好的听说读写能力. Fluent in Indonesia,English and Mandarin is a must (spoken and written). • 具备至少20个活跃的重点建筑师客户资源，覆盖不同建筑专业领域，包括商业、住宅、工业、基础设施及酒店等多种类型 Possesses a minimum of 20 active key architect accounts, with diverse architectural specializations (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, hospitality, etc.). • 深入理解设计、招标及施工文件编制与管理流程 Strong understanding of the design, tender, and construction documentation process. • 具备出色的沟通表达能力、专业演示能力及商务谈判能力. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • 具备目标导向意识，工作积极主动，能够独立完成任务并高效融入团队协作. Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team. • 具有建筑材料、建筑系统或技术规范/设计选型岗位相关经验者优先考虑. Experience in building materials, construction systems, or specification roles will be an advantage. 薪酬待遇与福利 Compensation & Benefits : • 薪资待遇月薪 : IDR 20,000,000 - 25,000,000.
