The company manages administrative and impartial tasks related to documents, identity management, and other citizen services for its client governments, enabling them to focus entirely on the critical task of assessment.
As an Officer Operations, you will be responsible for reviewing documents, collecting applications, and managing customer queries. You will also handle financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry while overseeing the logistics of document delivery to consulates or applicants, strictly adhering to standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
- Experience in Data Entry
- Customer Oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Tanggung Jawab
- Review documents and collect applications for documents processing.
- Address customer/applicant queries in person or via email and telephone.
- Handle cash and bank transactions when assigned, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Record and maintain all application data, ensuring accurate and timely data entry with zero errors.
- Oversee the administration and logistics of documents delivery to the consulate, applicant, or logistics company.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, manuals, and guidelines without deviation.
