The Housekeeping Officer at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading is responsible for supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team's activities across the mall area. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation through regular inspections, staff scheduling, and vendor management.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team activities across the entire mall area; Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards; Manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and daily housekeeping operations; Coordinate and monitor housekeeping and pest control vendors; Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory; Handle housekeeping issues and coordinate with related departments, tenants, and vendors.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree is a plus; high school graduates are welcome to apply; Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a mall, hotel, or commercial property; Proven experience in leading and managing a team; Experience handling vendors and pest control is a plus; Willing to work shifts, weekends, and national holidays; Good leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills; Customer-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
