The Officer - Fit Out at Summarecon Mall Makassar is responsible for managing the technical and administrative aspects of tenant store construction. This role ensures that all tenant fit-out works are completed according to the mall's design standards and timelines. This position involves assisting tenants from the initial design phase through to store opening. The Officer - Fit Out reviews technical drawings, monitors work progress, and ensures that civil, architectural, and mechanical-electrical (ME) installations comply with building requirements. The role also involves coordinating with tenants to resolve defects and ensuring a smooth transition to store operations.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in Fit Out, Construction, Project Management, or Tenant Coordination is an advantage
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, V-Ray, or similar tools
Good understanding of fit-out processes, architectural drawings, and ME systems

Tanggung Jawab

Assist tenants throughout the fit-out process from design to store opening
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with mall standards
Review and interpret technical drawings
Handle tenant correspondence and follow up on design submissions
Conduct unit checklists and manage defect lists until resolution
