Develop and implement HRGA strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Oversee end-to-end Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and industrial relations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and government requirements.
Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary cases, grievances, and dispute resolutions. Develop and monitor manpower planning and organizational development initiatives. Lead performance management processes and support talent development programs.
Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR budgeting. Manage General Affairs functions, including facility management, company assets, security, housekeeping, transportation, and operational support services. Establish and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.
Prepare HRGA reports, analyze workforce data, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Preferably experienced in the Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and General Affairs Management.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and organizational development.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling government audits, labor inspections, and compliance matters is an advantage.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
