Posisi Ocean Export Supervisor beroperasi di dalam perusahaan logistik asal Jepang yang berkedudukan di wilayah Jakarta. Perusahaan ini menawarkan layanan logistik terpadu dengan standar internasional serta mengutamakan ketepatan dan kualitas pelayanan bagi para klien global. Sebagai Ocean Export Supervisor, Anda memegang peranan krusial dalam memimpin dan mengawasi jalannya operasional ekspor laut sehari-hari, khususnya muatan FCL. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengelolaan proses ekspor secara menyeluruh mulai dari pemesanan hingga keberangkatan kapal, koordinasi dengan jalur pelayaran, agen luar negeri, serta departemen internal, pemastian kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan prosedur perusahaan, hingga pembinaan dan dukungan bagi anggota tim ekspor laut.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and oversee daily Ocean Export operations, primarily FCL shipments; Manage end-to-end export processes from booking through vessel departure; Coordinate and secure vessel space with shipping lines; Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, and internal departments; Prepare, check, and process export documentation accurately and on time; Monitor vessel schedules, shipment progress, cut-off times, and documentation deadlines; Create job orders and ensure invoices are issued accurately and on schedule; Handle and resolve operational issues promptly and provide timely updates to customers; Ensure export operations comply with company procedures, shipping line requirements, and applicable regulations; Supervise, guide, and support Ocean Export team members in their daily activities; Follow up on shipment issues and proactively coordinate solutions with relevant parties; Ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction; Support process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy; Other task assigned; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; Business-level English, both written and spoken; Minimum 2 years of experience as an Export Customer Service Supervisor in ocean freight forwarding; Hands-on experience managing FCL shipments, including AMS/AFR submissions, with preferably prior experience using CargoWise; Strong knowledge of export-import procedures and shipping documentation (B/L, SI, VGM, PEB, etc.); Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia.
