This role is based in a luxury boutique, where you will serve as the first point of contact for all clients. You are expected to provide a warm, professional welcome that aligns with the brand's luxury image, ensuring every visitor feels valued and comfortable from the moment they enter. Your responsibilities include managing the boutique's digital queue and appointment system, coordinating with Fashion Advisors, and handling walk-in traffic efficiently during peak hours. You will be tasked with assessing client needs, setting accurate wait-time expectations, and maintaining an inviting, unhurried atmosphere within the boutique.

Kualifikasi: 1–2+ years of experience in concierge, greeting, front desk, host/hostess, or customer service roles in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium service industries; Open to fresh graduates with a background in Hospitality, Communications, or related fields; Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Outstanding verbal communication, elegant body language, and a warm, poised demeanor under pressure; Flawless personal grooming and professional alignment with luxury visual standards.
