Hiring Customer Service Sea Export
Tanggung jawab: 1. Handle A-Z ocean Export Operations; 2. Coordination and Booked vessel space with shipping lines, and truck with service provider; 3. Communicate and liase with overseas agents, customers, shipping lines, trucking service provider); 4. Prepare and process export documentation ( BL, PEB, COO and ETC); 5. Create Job Orders in system and Issued Invoice; 6. Monitor shipment progress and ensure smooth export operations; 7. Ensure Compliance with Company Procedures and Export regulations.
