Nurse assistant

About the role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team at PT SINO INDONESIA TCM COOPERATION CENTRE. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff and providing essential patient care services. You will work directly with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and comfort. This position is fundamental to maintaining smooth operations within our medical and surgical units, where you will contribute to our mission of delivering quality healthcare services to our community.

Key responsibilities Assist registered nurses and medical staff in providing direct patient care and support Help patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, dressing and toileting

Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates Maintain clean and safe patient environments, including changing bed linens and sanitising equipment Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during treatment

Transport patients safely to and from examination rooms, diagnostic facilities and other areas as needed Assist with basic wound care and dressing changes under nursing supervision Respond promptly to patient call signals and requests

Support infection control and safety protocols throughout the healthcare facility Document patient information and observations accurately in medical records What we're looking
