The Company Fett Music is a Germany- and Bali-based international music company specialized in copyright royalty management . We work with around 100 songwriters and several music publishers worldwide across various genres and collect their copyright royalties. We operate in a dynamic international environment with nearly 20 team members across Indonesia and Germany . Most of our team works from a co-working space in Bali, and we maintain an office in Berlin. Even though we work across countries and time zones, we stay closely connected and support remote work whenever it benefits the team and the company. Your Key Responsibilities As part of our Operations team, you will help ensure our artists receive their rightful copyright royalties. No prior copyright knowledge is required — we provide comprehensive training. Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: 1. Data Monitoring & Reconciliation Monitor, gather, and meticulously compare music usage and settlement data from multiple sources. Check data carefully for accuracy and consistency before further processing. 2. Royalty Submission Preparation Prepare and organize usage and settlement data for submission to copyright collection societies worldwide. 3. Song Metadata & Database Management Update and maintain databases of song metadata. Your Qualifications Fresh graduates are welcome; working experience or studies in any data related fields are preferred. You are proficient in spreadsheet applications (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
