• MT Sales Performance Monitoring
• Monitor sales, promotional effectiveness, and share-of-shelf performance by tracking sell-in, sell-out, OSA, and actual versus target results per SKU and key account, and follow up with team to improve selling effectiveness and order quality at outlet lev
• Identify opportunities for SKU expansion, additional displays, and sales growth, and ensure follow-up by the TO team
• Track and flag underperforming SKUs, outlets, and programs by analyzing weekly and monthly performance data and alerting MTO Leadership and KAM to enable recovery initiatives and corrective execution
• Team Supervision & Field Execution
• Guide and coordinate TO team in daily selling and store visit activities, including product recommendation, basic negotiation, and order influencing, to improve outlet-level sales performance
• Provide on-site guidance and basic coaching during field visits to improve selling approach and execution quality
• Monitor team productivity (visit compliance, data accuracy, execution quality) and escalate performance issues when required
• Instore Execution & In-store Program Management
• Prepare and coordinate weekly in-store execution plans covering priority outlets, team deployment, and schedules based on direction from the Supervisor
• Translate SKP and promotional programs into clear field instructions, and lead and ensure consistent implementation across outlets
• Monitor outlet readiness and execution quality before and during program launch by checking stock availability, display compliance, price tags, POSM installation, and promotion/ program readiness to ensure execution meets agreed standards
• Perform regular field and on-site execution checks by reviewing planogram compliance, shelf-share, displays, and program setup, and executing on-site adjustments where required to align with agreements
• Order, Delivery, Inventory & Distribution Operations
• Supervise estimation orders, PO alignment, and delivery processes by ensuring estimation accuracy, validating PO compliance, coordinating with admin, warehouse, and delivery teams, and verifying receiving reports
• Handle distribution center (DCMT) operations by coordinating stock push, delivery execution, document exchange, invoicing, and system updates to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant stock movement
• Oversee monthly stock opname and regular physical stock counts by coordinating with distributors, validating data, reconciling variances, and submitting reports to ensure inventory accuracy and control
• Product Returns & Reporting
• Handle product return requests and validations by receiving return information, inspecting product condition, verifying eligibility, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring accurate system and document processing
• Consolidate field data, execution updates, and reports from team members to ensure timely and accurate submission
