The Management Trainee Program is a 9-12 month intensive development initiative designed to cultivate future operational leaders within the company. Participants will engage in comprehensive training modules to gain a deep understanding of various operational aspects, while collaborating with experienced professionals and mentors to master leadership and management practices. Candidates are expected to demonstrate exceptional aptitude in learning, planning, leading, and executing tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong drive to achieve, excellent communication skills, and a proactive willingness to learn within a dynamic organizational environment.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00; All majors are welcome, but candidates from Accounting, Finance, and Engineering are preferred; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Professionals with a maximum of 2 years of working experience are welcome; Strong organizational experience gained inside or outside of college; Proven leadership experience; Excellent personal quality in communication; Strong drive and eagerness to achieve; High willingness to learn; Strong teamwork and analytical thinking skills.
