Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan memantau pembayaran piutang non-trade dari pelanggan Modern Trade (MT) sesuai dengan prosedur administrasi yang berlaku. Anda akan berperan dalam memastikan kelancaran arus kas perusahaan melalui pengelolaan akun piutang yang akurat. Tugas utama melibatkan analisis data piutang secara tepat waktu, pelaporan keuangan, serta koordinasi intensif dengan tim internal maupun eksternal. Anda diharapkan mahir dalam menggunakan sistem ERP dan aplikasi keuangan untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional di industri FMCG.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor non-trade account receivable payments from Modern Trade customers.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or related major; Minimum 2 years experience in managing customer accounts receivable in FMCG industry; In-depth understanding of non-trade accounts receivable administration processes; Proficient in using ERP systems and relevant financial applications; Able to perform accurate and timely receivables data analysis and reporting; Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams.
