A manufacturing company specializing in the production of aluminium profiles is seeking high-potential talents for their Management Trainee – Future Leader Program. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders through a structured development path including on-the-job training, cross-functional assignments, and improvement projects. Participants will receive direct mentoring and coaching from Management/Owner. The role provides a comprehensive understanding of the business and manufacturing operations, specifically the aluminium extrusion process, while fostering essential skills in leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and business acumen.
