Leads a team of technicians and manages the preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production molds such as plastic injection. Ensure molds are production-ready, minimize downtime, and control spare parts inventory. Responsibilities : 1. Supervises, trains, and schedules Mold Technicians, ensuring they follow quality standards.2. Develops and manages preventive maintenance schedules (cleaning, polishing, lubricating) to extend mold life and prevent defects. 3. Diagnoses mold issues, analyzes root causes, and implements corrective actions for issues like water leaks or flash. 4. Coordinates closely with production, machine shop supervisors, and tooling engineers to ensure smooth workflows.
Kualifikasi: 1. 3–5 years in mold maintenance; 2. Deep knowledge of injection molding processes, mold components, and tooling repair.; 3. Strong problem-solving, team management, and organizational skills.; 4. Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java.
