Posisi Production Manufacture Supervisor, khususnya untuk proses pengecatan (Painting Process), bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin operasional produksi harian guna mencapai target produktivitas, efisiensi, dan kualitas yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Anda akan mengawasi jalannya jadwal produksi secara keseluruhan, mengelola kinerja tenaga kerja, serta memimpin proses pengecatan termasuk aplikasi Primer, Basecoat, Clear Coat, dan Powder Coating agar sesuai dengan spesifikasi pelanggan. Selain itu, peran ini menuntut pelaksanaan Analisis Akar Masalah (RCA) terhadap kendala produksi serta penggerakan inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement).
Tanggung jawab: Plan, organize, and manage daily production schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations; Coordinate and supervise production activities to achieve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery targets; Monitor, evaluate, and develop manpower performance in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures; Ensure production output meets established quality and quantity requirements while maintaining accurate and timely production reporting; Lead and oversee painting operations, including Primer, Basecoat, Clear Coat, and Powder Coating applications, to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications; Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on production and painting-related issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance and product quality; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational excellence; Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other related departments to ensure effective execution of production plans.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing; leadership experience is a plus; Fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience and strong leadership potential are welcome to apply; Familiar with Production Process, Lean Manufacturing, Seven Wastes, Line Balancing, Productivity, and Production Efficiency; Understand OEE, production costs, capacity planning, and target achievement; Knowledge of painting processes (Primer, Basecoat, Clear Coat, Powder Coating); Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and Root Cause Analysis skills; Strong leadership and people management capabilities; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Target-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement; Interest in cycling or sports is an advantage.
