Oversees the complete lifecycle of mold manufacturing, from initial design and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis to prototyping, tryouts, and final production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot defects, optimize injection processes, and ensure tooling meets quality and budget standards. Responsibilities : 1. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare 3D/2D CAD designs and mold flow analysis reports. 2. Manage the fabrication of production molds. Provide technical guidance during tooling refinements and design reviews. 3. Conduct in-house and supplier mold trials. Perform physical validation to ensure molds meet quality and part specifications. 4. Analyze manufacturing defects, identify root causes, and optimize molding parameters and processes. 5. Track tool development schedules, manage supplier timelines, and assist purchasing with cost breakdowns. Requirements : 1. Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tooling, or a related manufacturing field. 2. 3 years of experience in plastic injection mold design and development. 3. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software 4. Experience with mold flow simulation is highly preferred. 5. Strong knowledge of polymer materials, mold components, and injection molding machinery. 6. Excellent project management, supplier coordination, and cross-team communication skills 7. Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java
