Posisi penuh waktu ini memegang peranan krusial dalam mendorong strategi penjualan dan pemasaran perusahaan, memastikan visibilitas produk yang optimal, serta menjalin hubungan yang kuat dengan peritel dan distributor kunci.
Tanggung jawab: Developing and implementing effective merchandising plans to maximise product visibility and sales; Collaborating with the sales team to ensure product availability and optimal in-store presentation; Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely product replenishment and efficient stock management; Providing valuable feedback and recommendations to the marketing and product development teams; Maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors; Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
