Highfield School Bogor mencari tenaga pendidik profesional untuk posisi Secondary Mathematics Teacher yang berpengalaman dan memiliki dedikasi tinggi dalam mengajar kurikulum Cambridge untuk tahun ajaran 2027/2028. Posisi ini berfokus pada pembentukan kecintaan siswa terhadap matematika melalui metode pembelajaran yang interaktif. Sebagai pengajar, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengajar kurikulum Cambridge kepada siswa tingkat menengah (secondary), merancang dan menyampaikan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang menarik dan mengakomodasi berbagai kebutuhan belajar siswa, serta menciptakan lingkungan kelas yang positif dan inklusif. Anda juga berperan dalam mengevaluasi kemajuan belajar siswa, memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif kepada siswa dan orang tua, serta berkolaborasi dengan rekan sejawat guna meningkatkan kualitas penyampaian kurikulum dan hasil belajar siswa.
Tanggung jawab: Teach the Cambridge curriculum to secondary school students, fostering a love for mathematics; Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs; Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking; Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents; Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes; Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with best practices in math education.
