Merchandising Assistant

PT IBKUL ADIJAYA is a garment industry company serving international clients, particularly in the United States market. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to support our merchandising team in daily operations, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing, trims management, and retail operations. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the garment or fashion retail industry, preferably with exposure to trims and merchandising.
Good understanding of garment trims (labels, buttons, zippers, elastics, packaging materials, etc.) and production processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Yogyakarta domiciled is preferred.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Merchandiser in daily merchandising activities and operational tasks
- Assist in monitoring stock availability, and order status
- Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure smooth operational processes
- Follow up on trims development, sourcing, ordering, and delivery to ensure timely production
- Monitor trims inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure required trims are available for production
- Prepare and update sales, stock, trims, and merchandising reports using Microsoft Excel
- Support communication related to orders, trims, deliveries, and retail operations with internal and external stakeholders
