Job responsibilities： 1. Place new orders to the Chinese factory ; Closely follow the production schedule, goods inspection to make sure the shipping on time. 2. Keep contact with the Chinese factory. Need contact with the agent to arrange towing, custom clearance and other operations once received SO. 3. Make export shipping documents, such as CIPL,BL; Assist in completing customs clearance for import and export of goods and review documents. 4. Track shipment abnormalities and provide timely feedback. 5. Collect the full shipping documents of each container to financial dept on time. Requirements: 1. Be good at speaking English, can listen, speak, read, write; Daily need use WeChat to communicate with Chinese colleagues. 2. Work at foreign trade at least two years and have enough trade experience(optional). 3. Can use various computer software (Microsoft office), like EXCEL, WORD,PPT, etc. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to withstand pressure and adapt to change during the work. 5. Being able to get along well with colleagues from different department and have good teamwork skills.
