Job Responsibilities Responsible for feasibility analysis of equipment and processes for new product development Responsible for product trial production and pilot testing Responsible for product review and improvement Responsible for coordinating with R&D, issuing product-related standards and other matters Responsible for improving CTL pass rate and analyzing/improving CTL non-conformance issues Perform other tasks assigned by other departments lI. Job Requirements Bachlor;Proficient in English communication; Fresh graduates of relevant majors are also accepted Preferably major in chemical engineering or related fields Proficient in daily office software Able to work under pressure
