PT Chosen Mitra Abadi adalah perusahaan manufaktur ritel fashion yang memproduksi Bocorocco, merek alas kaki revolusioner yang memiliki lebih dari 70 konter di seluruh Indonesia serta 8 butik mewah di mal-mal terkemuka seperti Gandaria City Mall, Pondok Indah Mall 1, Mall @Alam Sutera, Grand Outlet Karawang, Puri Indah Mall 2, Bintaro Jaya XChange Mall, Summarecon Mall Bekasi 2, dan Hejo Mall Bandung. Perusahaan percaya bahwa kesuksesan produk tidak hanya terletak pada kualitasnya, tetapi juga pada pemahaman pasar dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang tepat di setiap siklus hidup produk. Sebagai Merchandiser Development Manager, Anda akan berperan penting dalam membentuk arah produk mulai dari riset pasar, perencanaan, pengembangan, produksi, peluncuran, hingga evaluasi pasca-peluncuran. Anda akan bekerja lintas fungsi dengan tim Product Development, Design, Production, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, dan Warehouse untuk memastikan setiap keputusan produk selaras dengan kebutuhan pasar dan target bisnis perusahaan.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Fashion Management, Business Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering , or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience as a Merchandiser/Product Merchandiser , with at least 2 years in a Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager position within the fashion, footwear, apparel, or manufacturing industry; Experience in product planning, merchandise planning, product lifecycle management, and assortment strategy; Strong understanding of the product development process, starting from market research, costing, sampling, production, through to product launch; Strong analytical skills in sales data, inventory, margin, sell-through, and market trends to determine product strategies; Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and developments within the retail and manufacturing industries; Experience coordinating with Product Development, Design, Production, Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales teams; Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup, Data Analysis) and Microsoft Office; Experience using ERP is a plus; Able to work with targets.
