Responbilities: The MEP Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting the mechanical and electrical infrastructure across the industrial estate. Key duties include preparing maintenance plans for ME infrastructure, handling tenant complaints related to ME infrastructure issues, supervising the work of ME vendors/contractors, conducting routine inspections of ME infrastructure, and managing technical drawing documentation (as-built drawings and estate layouts).
Kualifikasi: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate, majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.; At least 1-2 years of experience in the MEP field.; Able to read MEP drawings proficiently.; Able to read and evaluate work progress.; Familiar with quality control and field inspections.; Understands testing & commissioning procedures.; Knowledgeable in electrical installation and safety standards.; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).; Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.; Understands HVAC and Electrical systems.; Able to coordinate with civil teams regarding clashes and system integration.; Familiar with troubleshooting MEP systems in the field..
