Responbilities: The HSE Officer is responsible for managing the industrial estate's environmental system and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations (AMDAL, RKL-RPL). Key duties include preparing periodic environmental reports, educating tenants on environmental compliance, handling environmental pollution incidents, and conducting routine wastewater sampling and testing.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or a related field.; At least 1-2 years of experience in the Environmental field.; Strong understanding of environmental regulations.; Able to perform environmental monitoring and reporting.; Experienced in tenant environmental compliance inspections within an industrial estate.; Good knowledge of waste, wastewater, and emission management.; Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.; Able to conduct internal environmental audits and follow up on findings.; Experienced in managing environmental permit documentation.; BNSP PPPU certification (air pollution control and monitoring) is an advantage..
