Process Engineer R&D Department

Join our Technologist Development Team and play a key role in developing, optimizing, and transferring innovative flavor and fragrance processes within our pilot plant facility. Key Responsibilities Lead process development and optimization projects for new and existing products.

Support new product transfers from development to production. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Operate and optimize pilot plant equipment and manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, Quality, and Engineering. Communicate and work closely with customers during project development and implementation. Analyze process performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure all activities comply with quality, food safety, and company standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering , or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in process development and process optimization within the food manufacturing industry . Hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment. Experience interacting and communicating with customers.
