APEX Sports Village is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Staff to support the operation, maintenance, and development of our sports and wellness facilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MEP systems and a strong background in construction, hospitality, commercial, or large-scale development projects.
Tanggung jawab: Perform inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; Monitor the performance and reliability of building utilities and equipment; Coordinate with contractors and vendors for installation, repair, and maintenance works; Support project execution, fit-out, and facility development activities; Review MEP drawings, specifications, and site implementation to ensure compliance with project requirements; Ensure all MEP works comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures; Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and technical documentation; Assist in preventive maintenance planning and asset management.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, construction, engineering, or facility management; Experience handling large-scale projects such as hotels, resorts, sports facilities, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or similar projects is highly preferred; Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, and building utilities; Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and as-built drawings; Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices; Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards; Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage; Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Willing to be based in Uluwatu, Bali.
