We are looking for proactive and skilled MEP ( Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Daily Worker to join our MEP Team at La Joya Balangan Resort Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring smooth operations and safe , comfortable environment for guests and staff. You will respond to maintenance requests, coordinate preventive maintenance, and support engineering projects in alignment with La Joya Balangan Resort standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Proven experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety
- Ability to work under presure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holiday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn
